Cluster General Manager

Our partner, a luxury resort hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada, is looking for a Cluster General Manager to oversee both properties.

Key responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments, aligning operations with our brand standards and business objectives
Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share
Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property: ensuring that it is operating with excellence.
Lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience.
Develop, execute, and evolve a multi-year property level business strategy with focus on brand positioning.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff
Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate leadership, and local community partners
Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing team
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and quality standards
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and enhance the hotel's reputation

Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior leadership role in a comparable hotel or hospitality business
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving commercial performance and achieving financial targets
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing diverse teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and best practices
